   - Include all accessories/documentation

   - Send to provided return address

4. Refund Processing

- Allow 3-5 business days for return processing

- Refunds issued to original payment method

- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

5. Refund Timelines

- Credit Cards: 1-2 billing cycles

- Debit Cards: 5-30 business days

- PayPal: Immediate to balance, 3-5 days to bank
