Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders at this time.

Order Processing Time
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5 PM MST will typically be processed the next business day.
Delays may occur if:
Your shipping address requires verification
Your billing details trigger our fraud detection system
External factors (carrier delays, weather, etc.) affect processing

Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:3-5 business days after dispatch
If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Free Shipping
Free ground shipping is available for all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states!

Taxes
All prices displayed on our website include tax—no additional charges at checkout.

Address Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot modify shipping addresses after an order is placed. If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at [wisiyiyi@gmail.com](mailto:wisiyiyi@gmail.com) so we can help cancel the order (if possible) and you can reorder with the correct details.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
We cannot combine multiple orders or make changes (including cancellations) once an order is submitted to our warehouse (processed daily at 5 PM MST).
If you notice an error, contact us ASAP for assistance.

Tracking Your Orde
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your package via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays & Damages
Carrier delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged items?
Do not discard packaging or products
Take photos of the damage (required for insurance claims)
